There is a kind of tired that sleep doesn't fix.
The Nourished Woman is a monthly women's circle rooted in ritual, ancient practices, and the neuroscience of what women actually need to feel well. Each gathering is a space to be witnessed, held, and slowly restored in a community of women who understand. This circle will run monthly for 9 months, starting in October of 2026, and ending in June of 2027.
Whether you're in a season of transition or simply ready to be in a room where you can exhale. You belong here.
